Jangan Tidur Lewat

Take note...don't always sleep late!!

Good rest and sound sleep is very
Important... if u don't sleep well,
The toxic in your body will accumulate..
Affecting your health and your mood...


The main causes of liver damage are:
1.
Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming to
o much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.


We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our body to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'


Because: Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on her health.


Evening at 11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state. Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.


Morning 7 - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood.

Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

      Tanggal 15 Januari 2009 pd waktu tgh hari, ayahanda sahabat kita, Hafizul Hasni atau lebih dikenali sbg Muza dikalangan rakan2, selamat menghembuskan nafas terakhir di rumah beliau di Pahang. Muza bru sja selamat smpai ke rumah di Pahang pd saat post ni diadakan. Oleh yg demikian, jomlah rakan2 Muslim mendoakan surah sl-Fatihah kpd ayahanda beliau dn sama-sama kita berdoa smoga roh ayahnya ditempatkan di kalangan org2 yg beriman. Innalillah..

assalamualaikum.
nampaknye blog ni agak hambar kebelakangan ni, dan aku pn agak fri skang, maka tanpa segan silunye aku nak merepek sket.

post ni adalah utk rakan2 yg mengalami kepayahan pergaulan di tempat kerja mcm aku.

aku skang intern kat gebeng, mtbe:pdh plant.
cite nye, aku masuk plant aritu sorg2, xde geng sbb dak len kene plant mtbe. oleh kerane aku jrg bergaul dgn org2 yg lg tue dr aku, maka aku pn segan gile lah kan. kat plant aku operator2 plg muda 24thn, tp kebanyakannye dkt2 30 gitu lah. boardman plak lg tue. tp dorg tua2 pn, jiwa muda lg. sembang huha2, otak gile2 masuk air sume. gaya pn cm gengster, aku ingat aku masuk markas mafia mane dah.
masalah yg aku alami adalah: masuk tempat baru, segan tegur org, buat hal sndri, x pandai sembang. kalo rakan sebaye aku bese la nk sembang2, tp org lg tue aku x gheti la.
so aku pn dtg keje tiap ari, buat sebok bace process description, bace manual sume.
bgn tiap pagi pikir, 'alah malas nye g keje arini'. mmg sgt bosan. smpai ade skali aku dtg kul 8 punch kad, then balik umah tdo, dtg blk plant pas lunch. bkn ade org marah pn.
tp best ke?
xkn la 8 bulan intern aku nk idup bosan kan..
operator2 situ ade yg cube basuh aku, die tego la jgn wat hal sndri sume. smpai aku kne cop x pndai begaul. mane x nye, spnjg ari aku dok lepak miting rum je, membace(konon).
then xtau stat bile, idupku mule berubah.cewahh
ape yg aku observe, kalo nk pndai besembang ni, kne tau byk mende. mksudnye kne byk membace. yla dorg sembang psl kete, loan umah, anak bini, lepak rmai2 sap kok tang, sume aku x reti. aku just amek inisiatif byk bace suat kabar je, tau hal2 semase. tu utk starting je, kalo da rapat tu xde masalah, msti ade bende utk disembang kan..
mule2 tu aku lepak pantry je, dok senyap pn nnt ade la org yg tego, dpd dok miting rum sorg2. (lupe nk ckp, aku xpat workstation)
then bile ade operator nk masuk plant wat keje, stat pump ke, amek sample ke, aku g ikot.
bile da rapat dgn sorg dua, makin lame makin senang ah, sbb die ade chain effect.
ikot operator bkn saje2, dorg suke mengajar. smbil2 tu byk ah ilmu dpt.
dipendekkan citenye, skang ni aku da agak rapat dgn org2 plant aku, then dak2 baru sebaya kite pn masuk, ajak futsal sume, ade sket la geng sembang2. tambah2 sume tu same dgn = HEPI.
itulah yg nk ditekankan sbenanye dlm post ni, perbezaan kalo kite keje x bekawan dgn kite bekawan. jauh bezenye. kalo xde geng rase cm xde sbb nk g keje tiap ari, las2 mati bosan. lg 1, kite nk belaja pn sng, tye soklan x segan.
so kalo ade rakan2 yg mengalami masalah spt aku, harap2 atasilah segera dgn kreativiti sndri. lg lame lg ssh. tp rasenye x ramai sbb korg intern kan rmai2, ade geng.

Azam 2009

Hello2..slamate tahun barute..sudah 2009 kan..huhu..tahun bru sudah menjelang.Apakah korang nyer azam pada tahun baru ini?nak kawen cepat?nak gemok kan badan?nk join kelas tarian cha cha?apekah azam korang?

Yg aku pernah dgr sebelom ni, ada yg berubah..dr suke ponteng, nk ubah jadi rajin tahap dewa nyer..tapi still azam xmenjadi.Bagi aku, sudah beberapa kali azam aku mmg xmenjadi smpai aku azam mende merepek2.

Dengan berbekalkan duit allowance yg intern korang ada, agak2 boley tercapai x korang nyer azam?yela,kot2 azam nk banje member2 makan, so since ada allowance,mmg cnpem azam korang ley tercapai..hehe

Anyway, sempena tahun bru 2009 ni, aku dan krew2 blog july05(chewaah)..ingin wish a happy new year and smoga trcapai lar azam2 korang yg baru ataupun yg sekian lama masih lom dicapai2 lagi..huhu
